Does Applyd submit applications for me?
Never. Applyd fills in the form and highlights anything that needs a look. You review it and click submit yourself — every time.
Will it make things up on my resume?
No. Applyd only reorders, rephrases and emphasises what's already in your profile. It's blocked from inventing employers, titles, dates, degrees or numbers, and every tailored resume is checked against your original before you see it.
Which job sites does it work on?
LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday have dedicated support, and a generic mode works on most other career pages. You can also highlight any job description and right-click “Use as job description”.
Can I use Applyd on my phone?
Yes for setup: sign up, upload your resume, edit your profile and tailor documents on your phone. Autofill runs in the Chrome extension on a laptop or desktop — after you sign in on your phone, Applyd can email you a link to continue there.
Will recruiters' ATS be able to read my resume?
Yes. All four templates are single-column with standard headings and real text — the format applicant tracking systems parse best.
What does the free plan include?
Every feature, with 5 tailored applications and 1 interview prep every month (a resume + cover letter for the same job counts once). Match scores, autofill and the tracker don't use your allowance. Invite a friend and you both get +5.
How do the paid plans differ?
Only in volume — every plan has every feature. Plus is 25 tailored applications a month, Pro 50 and Max 120 (with 10, 20 and 40 interview preps). Need more in a busy month? A top-up adds 20 for $9 and never expires.
What happens to my data?
Your resume and documents are stored privately and only you can access them. We never sell your data. Self-identification answers default to “Prefer not to say”. You can delete your account any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — switch plans or cancel from the billing page at any time. Changes are prorated, and after cancelling you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
